Autumn 2026 Call for Applications
APPLICATION PERIOD 1.-22.9.2026
Turku University Foundation announces the Autumn 2026 Call for Applications for grants. The grants are available for doctoral researchers, researchers, teachers, and research groups at the University of Turku. The application deadline is 22 September 2026. Applications are submitted via the online application service.
The online application service opens at the beginning of the application period. The application must be submitted on Tuesday 22 September 2026 at the latest. More information is available in the online application service. References are not required and there is no service for submitting recommendations.

Grants are awarded for the following purposes:
- travel grants for congress and research trips abroad
- Granö researcher residency grants (Villa Tammekann, Tartu, Estonia)
PLEASE NOTE! DOCTORAL DISSERTATION GRANTS, POST DOC GRANTS AND RESEARCH GRANTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE IN THE AUTUMN CALL! YOU MAY APPLY THESE GRANTS IN THE SPRING CALL (IN FEBRUARY).
